Set up in 2007, Mike Watt Architects is a young and welcoming architects practice specialising in small residential and community projects. Based in rural Carmarthenshire and on the edge of the Brecon Beacons National Park, we have a passion for progressive yet sensitive rural design that enhances both the lives of the buildings occupants, and the surroundings in which the buildings sit.

We approach each project as a unique challenge and an exciting opportunity. Our aim is to respond to each client’s individual requirements with imagination and practicality to achieve a high quality of design that is both functional and visually compelling.

At Mike Watt Architects we also have a passion for traditional Welsh architecture and building techniques and enjoy the unique challenges that come from conserving, converting and extending these buildings to meet the requirements of modern day living.
